O-Ring Lubricant facilitates the positioning of flexible joints in fibre-concrete, PVC, concrete and steel pipes.
Due to its pasty consistency it can be easily applied in dry and wet pipes, allowing the flexible joint to be slipped into the pipe with great ease, and obtaining a perfect placement of the gasket.
Advantages:
- Approved use in drinking water piping systems.
- Applicable in wet pipes and evacuation systems.
- Neutral PH, it does not attack the flexible joint.
- For easier application, it can be diluted in water (2:1).
Application:
Clean thoroughly the male part of the pipe to be assembled, removing all dirt. Then apply O- Ring Lubricant with a flat brush, lubricating the whole elastic gasket of the female part and the rubber ring of the male part, in this order.
In PVC pipes, the male part has to bevelled and fixed, lubricating the elastic gasket of the female part. Assemble the pieces after applying O-Ring Lubricant.
