Application:
On new surfaces: Apply on a clean and dry surface, free of dust and grease. Apply directly, neat, without dilution.
On previously painted surfaces: Sand lightly and apply on a clean and dry surface, free of dust and grease. If the previous paint is in poor condition, remove it completely.
