Swimming pool paint based on acrylic solvent resins. Ideal for painting cement, concrete pools due to its excellent resistance. It can be also applied on tiles and mosaic in combination with the Solvent Epoxy primer as a sealant.
Fast drying, silk-matte finishing with excellent adherence on cement, concrete and other surfaces.
Application on new concrete surfaces:
The surface must be clean and dry, free of any residues of lime, grease or rust.
Apply one coat of Solvent base primer or one coat of the Chlorinated Rubber Swimming Pool paint diluted 25% with the Chlorinated Rubber-Acrylic Solvent. Drying time 8 hours.
Apply two coats of Chlorinated Rubber Swimming Pool paint directly or diluted maximum 5% with Chlorinated Rubber-Acrylic Solvent. Drying time 24 hours between layers.
Application on previously painted surfaces:
Good condition surface: Sand and clean the surface properly, apply putty if necessary and paint.
Poor condition surface: Remove the existing coats of paint.
Application on mosaic tiles:
Sand and clean the surface properly. Apply Solvent-based Epoxy Primer. Drying time 24 hours.
Apply two coats of Chlorinated Rubber Swimming Pool paint directly or diluted maximum 5% with Chlorinated Rubber-Acrylic Solvent. Drying time 24 hours between layers.
Drying time: 1-2 hours
Recoating time: 24 hours
