Synthetic enamel with antioxidant properties with a hammered finish that provides effective protection while decorating and concealing imperfections on any iron surface.
Application:
High quality glossy synthetic enamel that meets the standards of a professional painter and the needs of any application. Ideal for the decoration and protection of iron and steel surfaces, such as: doors, chairs, tables, windows, radiators, fences, metal structures, machinery, boats, etc., even when rusty.
It can be applied on any iron surface. It is not recommended for surfaces where there is stagnant water, since hydrolysis (whitish stains) may occur.
The silicones contained in this product are incompatible with most other paints (eg appearance of craters on the surface).
How to use:
Stir the contents of the container well. Apply by brush and roller to original viscosity. If applied by spray, adjust the viscosity with Special Solvent OX Jafep thinner.
Previously painted surfaces must be sanded well and cleaned thoroughly to ensure good adhesion. In case of slight rust, sand well to remove loose parts. If the surface is very rusty, it has to be neutralized using Jafep Rust Neutralizer.
For better protection apply one coat of Jafep Antioxidant Primer before applying OX Enamel. The shape of the hammering depends on several factors such as the amount of dilution, the pressure and flow of the spray gun.
