Application on new surfaces:
Cement, concrete, plaster, wood: Direct application, dilution max 25% on the first layer.
Apply on clean and dry walls and ceilings.
Application on previously painted surfaces:
Good condition surface: Clean, sand gently and apply directly.
Poor condition surface: remove the old paint, apply Sellacryl primer JAFEP and then Pinecol.
