Highly resistant floor paint based on hydroxylated acrylic resins and aliphatic isocyanate. Specially designed for concrete and cement floors, pavements, walls and road marking. Heavy duty, with great resistance to impacts, excellent adhesion, high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, gasoline and other solvents. Dries quickly and with a high glossiness level.
Respecting the application method, the surfaces are perfectly water-proofed. Therefore it is ideal for painting chemical and dangerous good storages as it protects against soil contamination.
Application:
Apply on a clean and porous surface, free of dust, grease and oil.
Previously painted surface: it is recommended to remove old paints, especially if they are in poor condition, by blasting or mechanical stripping. If the existing paint is in a good condition, sand thoroughly and carry out a compatibility test.
Mix the paint and catalyst in a ratio 2:1 by weight. Apply the first coat diluted sufficiently with Polyurethane Solvent by Jafep. Apply the second coat after 6-8 hours.
The mixture must be used within 6 hours.
Important: Apply only when the atmospheric relative humidity is less than 80% and the residual humidity of the support does not exceed 10%. The ambient temperature must be higher than 10º C. If necessary measure the humidity of the support with a hygrometer.
Drying time: 12 hours
Dry-to-touch: 20-30 minutes
Recoating time: 6-8 hours
