PureSeal is a high performance protection treatment against water penetration.
It is a penetrating sealer for porous building materials giving extended protection against water penetration.
- It provides excellent protection against both water and moisture penetration plus oil spillages.
- The treated surface remains breathable enabling residual moisture to escape as vapour.
- Reduces the likelihood of algae growth.
- UV resistant. Invisible once dry.
- Solvent free, non hazardous, fully biodegradable.
- Suitable for Brick, Concrete, Natural Stone, Mortar.
Not Suitable for non-porous surfaces such as engineering brick, polished & glazed tiles, concrete surfaces containing a silica or stearate water repellent.
Application:
Apply on a clean and dry surface free from dust, dirt, oil, efflorescence, organic growth and old paint films. Remove any coating that will not allow PureSeal to penetrate the substrate.
Do not apply externally during wet weather. Avoid applying to hot surfaces >40˚C or in strong, direct sunlight.
Shake well before use. Ready to be used. No need for dilution.
Apply PureSeal by brush, roller, or low pressure sprayer (up to 3 bar) ensuring an even application. Excess product should be removed with a soft cloth or spread out.
Apply two coats within 2 hours between them.
Allow a minimum of 2 hours before foot traffic and at least 36 hours for heavy traffic.
After 2-3 days the treated surface will achieve its optimum performance. In cold weather it might take up to 7 days.
Coverage:
4-6 m²/litre
