A high solids exterior varnish recommended for the highest quality work. It is a copolymerization of several different resins and drying oils. It has outstanding gloss retention and durability. Mohawk Exterior Door and Trim Varnish contains ultraviolet shield.

Directions:
Do not shake or stir vigorously, this causes bubbles or froth. Ready to use product, maybe be reduced up to 10% with (M650-230) Mineral Spirits.
Apply by brush or airless spray. Clean and sand bare wood or old varnish work. Use tack cloth to remove sanding dust. Two coats are recommended for old varnish work, four coats over new or open grain work. Filling is recommended on open grain work to produce a smooth finish; sanding between coats is recommended.
Avoid application under direct sunlight, or if wood moisture exceeds 15%.
