Two-component polyurethane adhesive for artificial grass. It generates strong, flexible joints. Highly resistant to mechanical strain and moisture.
Ideal for semi-structural bonding: concrete, stone, fiber, cement, wood, metal, artificial grass, rubber, certain plastics, glass, rigid, foam, etc.
Application:
Substrate should be dry, clean, firm, dust and grease free. If necessary sand or grid and clean the substrate with a solvent cleaner. Mix the two components and stir well. Follow the proportion of the packaging. The drying time of the mixed components depends on the environment temperature. The higher the temperature, the shorter drying time.
Apply the adhesive in one surface and bring the surfaces together. Use some pressure between the surfaces to bond during curing, specially in joints.
It is a moisture curing adhesive. Allow 10-12 hour drying time before foot traffic. Full curing takes several days. For temperatures below 10ºC, curing time will be longer.
Clean with acetone while the mix is still fresh. Keep in a dry and cool area. Avoid contact with humidity.
